This course has been put together to help those interested in improving their negotiation skills.
Negotiations are happening every day of our life, both in social interactions & in business – with both clients and colleagues in the work place. Most of the time negotiations and sales skills are actually just about improving your knowledge in these areas. Then when you’re aware of what’s going on in certain situations, you’ll quickly see and understand and be able to react accordingly.
In the business environment, by negotiating successfully, you’ll be able to happily say you left with what you intended to leave with.
The course is ran by one of London’s most reputable Sales and Marketing Directors, Jonathan Geitner whose gone into businesses and turned them around through effective negotiations.
The last business was moved from a £12.5m turnover to a £19m turnover in just over 2.5 years, this being the London Marriott Hotel County Hall. Prior to this was The Savoy Group, and an incremental £4m was brought into the hotel group through new negotiated accounts.
